Rebecca MacDonald is Executive Chairman of the Board of Just Energy Group Inc. Ms. MacDonald was the principal founder of Just Energy and has been a director since 2001. She has been engaged in the deregulation of natural gas for over 20 years. Before forming Just Energy in 1997 she was the President of EMI, another gas marketing company. She became an officer of Just Energy in January 2000 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer. For the past four years she has been Just Energy’s Executive Chair. She is a past director of the Canadian Arthritic Foundation and is actively involved in a number of other charities. She founded the recently opened Rebecca MacDonald Centre for Arthritis research at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital. She was named Canada’s top woman CEO for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 by Profit Magazine. She was also named Ontario Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young in 2003. On April 3, 2009 she received the International Horatio Alger Award — Canada.
Chief Executive Officer
Patrick McCullough was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Just Energy Group Inc. in April 2018. Prior to this, Mr. McCullough was Chief Executive Officer at Amonix, a California-based designer and manufacturer of concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) solar power systems. He had served as CFO of Amonix since May 2010. Prior to that, he was CFO at IMI Severe Service from May 2007, Division CFO for Johns Manville (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) from April 2005, and various roles with Ford Motor Company culminating as Deputy General Manager and CFO of a $1+ billion joint venture in Shanghai, China.

Jim Brown brings several years of industry experience ranging from retail energy operations, merger and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, systems development and more.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Jonah Davids joined the company in December 2007 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to this, Mr. Davids held the position of Senior Vice President, Legal & Regulatory and General Counsel. Before joining Just Energy, Mr. Davids practiced corporate and commercial law at McMillan LLP.
Chief Sales Officer
Morgan Smith is Chief Sales Officer of Just Energy Group, Inc. He is a strategic sales leader with experience in building high performing sales teams in all aspects of the energy sector. Morgan leads the Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales initiatives and strategies that can tie our presence together in an engaging manner for our customers.
Chief Risk Officer
Amir Andani was appointed Chief Risk Officer in April 2016 and has been an integral part of Just Energy's Risk Management function since 2008. Prior to joining Risk Management team, Amir spent a couple years in JE's Operations team learning the retail energy business hands-on. Amir is the chair of Management Risk Committee and responsible for setting Commodity Risk Management Policy and presenting key risks to the Board Risk Committee. In addition, Amir reviews Just Energy's weather risk programs, manages counterparty credit & collateral risks, oversees JE's insurance program and is responsible for creating several policies and procedures to manage and mitigate risk. Amir has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, Canada and a CFA designation.
Chief Operating Officer
James Pickren is the Chief Operating Officer for Just Energy Group, Inc. As such, Mr. Pickren has responsibility for JE’s North American residential business. He joined the company in Feb of 2017 as the Chief Strategy Officer and a Senior Vice President and retains those responsibilities in addition to the COO role. Mr. Pickren also oversees companywide product management responsibilities including strategic partnerships, early stage developmental businesses, and strategic M&A. Prior to this, Mr. Pickren was a principle and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Sherex Fastening Solutions, LLC, a manufacturer of specialty fastener hardware, since September of 2012. Previously, Mr. Pickren was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a $250M portfolio company of a NY based, Private Equity firm.
Prior to that, he served in multiple commercial and P&L positions within The Weir Group and IMI, PLC. At Weir, Mr. Pickren served as the Divisional Sales Director for the flow control business focused on power generation markets. At IMI, he was most recently the President of IMI Nuclear from August 2007 to September 2011 wherein Mr. Pickren oversaw the global nuclear business, serving the fuel cycle, civil electricity generation, and nuclear marine markets.
